Class Description
3 Days of Instruction (Day 1 & 2: 10 am to 5 pm, Lunch from 2 pm to 3 pm, Day 3: 10 am to 2 pm)
This course provides you with all the information and essential supplies to get your lash career started. We chose to make this course 3 days long in order to ensure confidence in your skills and retention of the information necessary to begin taking clients all on your own! Day 1 will consist of theory and hands on practice of both classic and volume techniques. Day 2 will be split into two halves in which the first half of the day will be dedicated to fanning and application practice, the second half will be live model practice. Day 3 will be a half day of instruction fully focusing on your business and how to set policies, strategize pricing, prepare your booking site, establish a brand, set goals, and so on.
Most courses in the industry will include a minimal business and marketing portion, but I truly believe that in order to be a successful lash artist, it is necessary to know how to run your business fully. This means creating and enforcing policies, forming good business practices, calculating your costs, developing relationships with your clients, and so on. In every course, this curriculum is already included and is valued at $950 on its own.
This course is unique in that we focus very heavily on teaching you about both aspects of being a lash artist- business and lashing. Both components are important for a successful lash journey. You will be learning the method of how to perform clean, luxury sets as well as making your business a luxury business. This is not the class for you if you are in the industry for fast money. This course will give you all the tools to be a professional artist, but you have to put in the time and work. Be mindful that this is a tedious art form that will frustrate you at times. This occupation requires patience.
